This composition chooses to use a complementary color scheme through its use of light blue and orange. The composition also makes use of lines and triangular shapes by the "breaking" of the face. There is also a clear focal point made in the center of the composition. The piece is slightly tilted, yet still remains balanced.

However, I do believe that this color discord still works in this piece. This was the cover for a fashion magazine that was designed to show the "future of fashion". It uses color discord to be bold in its message while pushing the boundaries of fashion.
